Rabbi Avi Herzog

Rabbi Avi Herzog studied at Yeshivat Shaalvim. He received semicha from Hebrew Theological College and a Masters of Hebrew Literature from HTC’s Jewish University of America. Rabbi Herzog served as a pulpit rabbi for several years in addition to being involved in both formal and adult educational settings. He has been invited as a scholar-in-residence in communities in the US, Canada and Israel. In addition to teaching, Rabbi Herzog is a freelance translator and editor and enjoys serving as baal keriah and baal tefillah. He and his wife Rabbanit Leah made aliyah in 2019 and live in Givat Ze’ev.
